Overview
Course Selectors allow districts to identify which course sections should be taught by your program's teachers rather than by the curriculum provider's instructors. Course Selectors are available for all CAOLA curriculum partners.
Who should complete the Course Selectors?
The district's primary CAOLA contact or staff member responsible for scheduling and course setup should complete the appropriate Course Selector(s) for each upcoming term.
When should they be submitted?
Course Selectors should be completed and submitted before the start of each semester or term to ensure local course sections are created in time for student enrollment. During peak processing periods, please allow 10–14 business days for course sections to be created after submission.
Where can they be found?
Course Selectors are available in the Curriculum section of the CAOLA Knowledge Base. Be sure to select the appropriate Course Selector for each curriculum provider your district uses.
How do I submit them?
Once all selections have been completed, submit the Course Selector(s) to the CAOLA Help Desk for processing. Your requested local course sections will be created and made available once processing is complete.
