Bulk Student Upload to Genius SIS
Overview
The attached CSV file is used to upload students in bulk to Genius SIS. This process is especially helpful when creating a large number of student accounts, such as at the beginning of the school year.
When to Use This File
Use the bulk upload CSV when:
You need to create multiple student accounts at once
You are onboarding a large group of students
You want to streamline account setup and reduce manual entry
Submission Process
Complete the CSV file with all required student information.
Review the file to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Submit the finalized CSV file to your CAOLA Support Team for processing.
Processing Timeline
Please note that account creation may take up to two weeks during peak times, particularly at the start of the school year. We recommend submitting your file as early as possible to avoid delays.
